How do I open my calculator?
Tap the link in your order email. It opens right in your web browser. No app to download, no account, no login.
How do I save it on my phone like an app?
iPhone:
- Open the calculator link in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow).
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android:
- Open the link in Chrome.
- Tap the three dots in the top corner.
- Tap Add to Home screen.
Now it sits on your phone with your other apps. You can also bookmark it on your computer.
Do I have to log in every time?
No. Just tap your link or your Home Screen icon and it opens.
It's stuck on the first tool, or the buttons don't work.
This happens when the link opens inside another app, like Instagram, TikTok, Gmail, or a file preview. Those can turn off the buttons.
Fix: open the link in Safari or Chrome. Look for "Open in browser" (often under the three dots or the Share button), or copy the link and paste it into Safari or Chrome.
The page just says "Loading."
Check that you have internet, then refresh the page. If it still won't load, close the tab and tap your link again.
I can't find my email or my link.

Do I need internet to use it?
Yes. The calculator lives online, so you need Wi-Fi or data to open it.
The pictures aren't showing.
The room photos need a good connection to load. The calculators still work without them. Try refreshing when you have a stronger signal.
What do I measure with?
A tape measure. Every tool uses inches, except the Paint tool, which uses feet.
"Copy my plan" didn't work.
Some phones block copying. Take a screenshot of your plan instead and bring it to the store.
Will I get the new tools you add?
Yes! When a new tool is added, it shows up on your same link for free. Nothing new to download.
Can I share my calculator with a friend?
Your calculator is for your personal use. Please don't share or resell the link. Your friend can get their own at elevateyours.com.
